Controlled access to construction area with single construction entrance at roundabout at Lysted and Arrow Junction. Site will be surrounded by chain link fence to protect equipment and BMPs. Site is ready for costruction. SWPPP, ESCP, and CGP permits were available for review. Approved.

Met with JC and Preston from Petra. Laydown site is to be used for stockpiling, equipment storage, and jobsite trailer. Construction entrance installed. Site has perimeter silt fencing and pre-existing man-made berms to contain runoff. Silt fence is fully trenched in. Approved for construction activity.

Clint from Tahoe Homes (2 active sites) will place wattles at foot of silt fence. Existing stormwater trench with check dams will capture majority of runoff.

Clint stated fences are to keep contractors/public from driving on and off lots. Crew will install wattles at low spots and sweep roads.

Will check for corrections next inspection in Triplett Ranch.
