300.4- Flex connector cover on transformer T-DPAMPH missing. Exposed wiring subfect to physical damage.
300.15(A)- LB covers shall remain accessible after installation. Main level LB fitting 1/2 covered in concrete.
426.11- Grease tank in parking garage wrapped with heat trace cable shall have a barrier to protect from physical damage.

Discussed with Brandon if temp occupancy could be granted to Annex 4th floor kitchen area. Explained all core and shell areas of building must be complete. All wiring shall be in an enclosure or box and shall not be subject to physical damage. All that is complete shall be tested.
