Early Start Inspection on 11/3 for riser stub in. Riser ok to pour floor slab, discussed pouring around a ring for seismic protection. Verified appropriate depth on stub outside of building footing. End of pipe submerged in dirt, unsure if capped, ensure flush is done well at later date.
Initially posted to NAF15-00025 which is alarm permit. Added here to ensure documented appropriately.
