Recieved a voicemail from Julio Phone #: ###-#### at 10:48am, tried calling back at 10:56am, no answer, left a voicemail stating that I was on my to job site, checked job shack that is site and no one is in job shack, attempted to call again at 11:07am, called again at 11:15am and left a message stating that if no response was made within 10 minutes then this conference will need to be rescheduled. Nothing was recieved by 11:25am so I proceededto my next inspection, this conference is cancelled and a new conference will need to be requested.

Partial final for life fire safety TCO complete, final fire sprinkler inspection complete for below grade parking, fire alarm system has been tested and accepted for TCO, at this time the JUMP fire panel and the Simplot Headquarters fire panel are not integrated together for parking garage notification, this will need to be completed for FIR and BLD permit finals, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags, knox box is in place by fire command, egress/exit lighting has been tested/inspected. Noted that temporary stairs are still in place by the annex stariwell in the parking garage, TCO will be subject to building inspection acceptance of stairs due to this being an egress point. All area's associated with the BLD and FIR permits will be subject to a final walk through prior to permit final to verify no alterations have been made to items accepted for TCO in regards to life fire safety.
