Items needed for final include head guards at sprinklers in low ceilings, signage at the antifreeze riser, state fire marshal tags, open the valve to the expansion tank, obstructed head at one closet, all valves controlling the water supply to the fire sprinkler system shall be electrically supervised per IFC 2006 sec. 903.4- see fire code review note #10.

Noted correction items verified for completion, fire life safety final approved.

Final pending interconnection of the new mag lock at the main entry door to relelase on fire alarm, all valves controlling water supply to the fire sprinkler system shall be electronically supervised-see fire code review note #4, provide signage at the door the FACP room per note #14, need to post a knox box per note #13, revised plans to indicate the addtional tamper switches and mag lock relay.
