Lucky Harris 13, now Harris Crossing has active SFH construction in progress by Hunter Homes. SFHs within subdivision are permitted seperately.
Site is in good condition with no erosion or areas of sediment runoff. Perimeter is contained by combination of landscaping, preservation of existing vegetation, and installed of silt fence. A new section of silt fence has been installed to protect the Greenbelt path way from work on the east side of Caddis.
Lined concrete washout provided, trash containers are onsite, and storm drains have protection.
No violations, no correction requests at this time.
