Contacted RP Michael Jobes 869.5550 via cell. Disclosed while driving by, significant track out occuring onto W. Hill Rd, with No Construction Entrance. He stated he will get one installed asap and get the street swept. Will follow up tomorrow to ensure they get back into compliance.
