Informed the mechanical contractor to have the builder talk to plan reviewer in regards to a building permit. Mechanical contractor needs to do duct blast test on the supply duct. Need combustion air to furnace. The manual j report is pending what the builder is going to do with the space in basement. The basement is currently designed to be conditioned space. Builder is required to meet 2012 energy code. Mechanical rough in and manual j report cannot be approved until a building permit is issued.
