Met with owner after meeting with Sam Rogers - the paint booth shall comply with IFC 1504, the PIV and anti-freeze comtrol valves aren't supervised and a flow switch shall be installed on riser and monitored at FACP in Shakespeare as the fire pump is monitored at this panel, sprinkler plans needed for addition of heads under overhead doors and to replace heads near unit heaters, remove deadbolts at man doors in shop area, need extinguishers, sprinkler system requires annual inspection, left correction notice on front window 11/19/2004 11:09:16 AM
