Inspection for cover at the hard lid ceilings for the first floor passed with the exception of annotated areas including a missing hanger, insulation to be moved, one incompleted branchline serving two rooms, added and deleted heads to be shown on record drawings, exposed wood above partition walls to be sheetrocked or protected with sprinklers, need to schedule inspeciton for insulation fill at concealed pockets.

Okay to cover fire sprinkler modifications at the drop ceiling in the elevator lobby, noted fire caulking to be provided at rated wall penetrations. Coverage at the elevator mechanical room to be in compliance with NFPA13 8.7.6.1 regarding ceiling pockets or provide a drop ceiling as discussed.

Fire life safety inspection completed okay for the phase 3 portion of remodel work, some corrections made while on site including removal of covers at existing smoke detectors, directional arrow at one exit sign, escutcheons at some sprinkler heads. Remodel work at adjacent areas in progress.
