One head in main entry and one head in corridor between bedrooms are less than 4 inches off of wall, heads need to be relocated to be 4 inches or more from walls. Fire bell needs to be relocated to be seen from the address side of street. Need to perform hydrostatic test at city static pressure before final inspection can be completed.
