Hillsides in good conditions, no sediment runoff areas or rills observed.

Correciton:
- need to sweep and shovel accumulated materials in gutters at inlets with filter mats.

WIP on frame and roof. No earth work occuring at this time. Permit sign posted on porta-pot.

No trackout, sidewalk and gutter have been swept. No erosion issues on slopes observed, slopes have been tracked. Silt fence section installed along SW slope below future rain gutter outlet pipe. No wind blown trash issues observed or reported by neighbors.
Site is currently in compliance.

WIP. No trackout from site, no sediment runoff or dirt outside of silt fence perimeter. Permit sign and SWPPP info onsite.

Correction requests:
- remove damaged section of silt fence on west boundary of fence (< 100 yards)
- remove sagging fence sections in grass. Do not disturbe vegetation, will be adequate vegetative buffer.
- need to pick up windblown trash around the site and perimter, as well as the parking lot across the street. Increase # of trash receptacles and train employees on proper disposal
