1:30 with Brett Hart: Met with Gary Howard. Berm at gradings edge and at appr. 6500 cfs level not to be removed until at which time a approved plan has been submitted to Boise City (public work and esc) for approval. Informed Gary that area north of the berm needs to be armored with acceptable product such as Turf Reinforced Mats (TRMs or equal) prior to any plan for the berms removal. It was made clear that this berm is to remain in place prior to approval by Boise City. This meeting also included C. Smith from Boise City. Followed up phone call to K. Burrows (Parks) briefing him what took place at this meeting.
