Service energized prior to inspection. Called Idaho Power and rep was called to trouble shoot issue, due to super intendant being difficult decided to push power to meter base. Informed Idaho Power and electrical contractor if power connected again prior to inspection a stop work order will be issued until resolved. Rough in ok cover p/s u/g n ok
