Items noted include; post one fire extinguisher at the basement level, provide approved door hardware at the first floor east exit door, remove the chevron at exit sign in the hall for dual direction per plan, install closure and seal at the rated basement door, remove the drawbridge and associated equipment at the basement stairway in non-compliance with egress requirements per IFC 2006.

Fire sprinkler work passed rough-in inspection.

Existing portable fire extinguishers throughout both the first floor and basement are overdue annual certification. Provide a current inspection for the basement fire sprinkler system. Discussed schedule for occupancy.
