Hydro test of the pre-action system passed

Strobes in Pizza and Customer Services areas have not been set for the correct candella which makes them currectly overspaced. Work shown near/in the Bakery has not been performed and if installed as per the plans will still be defiecient as discussed. Contractor shall contact plan review to verify whether as-builts will be adequate or if plan modifications will be required.

Permit finaled

Remove thumbturn dead bolt from main exit (keyed ok), provide sticker at main exit, mount fire extinguisher as discussed for the upper level, provide re-inspection for fire extinguisher in lower level and repair exit sign/emergency lights in lower level. Per Carl door hardware does not need addressed in the lower level since it is to remain un-occupied.
