Per Carl Madsen, at the main exit, the hardware can be removed from the in-active leaf and keyed ok on the active leaf. A soffit/baffle needs to be provided as discussed or a permit issued for fire sprinkler modifications, need verification of the annual sprinkler inspection, need the exit sign in the rear corridor permanantly mounted.
