shower area has a cedar surround,,, IRC 307 says that surrounds with a
'shower head" need to beof non absorbant. material ,, . owner is willing to remove shower head and cap off,.(not changing divertor or removal of waterlines). she is willing to sign a letter of liabillity release waiver for all outside parties for water damage and take full responsibility,,
page 13 of contract would need the verbage changed to this effect in the contractor scope of work,, ,, owner said she is agreeable to this,, ok with me as far as this code issue goes,
