The exit discharge lights failed to operate when tested.

The previous items on the correction notice have been corrected. The piping still can not be covered until the combustible concealed spaces throughout the facility, including at the fire places have been addressed and the veritical cpvc piping is insulated. These items need to be inspected prior to cover.
