Verbal correction to the rp; Mud and dirt off site onto the Rose Hill, no rock entrance and no trash container. Install an adequate rock entrance and correct management of debris/trash by the end of the day on 11/29/08 or a stop work order will be issued. Will re-inspect on 11/30/07.

Written correction notice to rp; Includes lots of mud tracked out onto hard surfaces, no signage, misc. debris not containerized, inadequate access controls. Bare ground in need of stabilization. Completed items except stabilization by the end of the day or additional enforcement will take place. Will re-inspect tomorrow afternoon.
