OH rough-in inspection completed satisfactory.

Project is not in condition for final approval at this time. Noted several items including; missing panic hardware at the meeting room exit doors per plan, post max. occupant signage, provide second exit sign/EM light at the meeting room per plan, missing ceiling tile throughout, provide approved hardware at the restroom door, repair exit discharge light at the alley way, missing hardware at the second exit from meeting room, post fire extinguishers per plan, project related fire sprinkler permit is not yet finaled, remove non-applicable suite address numbers, blank or disable keyed deadbolt above panic hardware main entry/exit.

Fire life safety inspection passed provided door hardware at the SW exit is reversed to allow free egress as discussed- to be finished prior to structural final for verification at that time.
