left correction notice on site. 1.clean dirt & debris off all hard surfaces. 2.install perimeter protection along driveway where over 2 percent grade. 3.clean di box & supply external protection. 4.maintain bmp's. 5.provide washout pit. 6.clean all concrete,morter,stucco spoil piles & place in washout or remove from site. 7.restabilize slopes where gully erosion has accured. corrections need to be complete by 11-10-08 am. clint smith 460 was there on inspection.
