Informed owner of company that RP assigned to project is required to control erosion issues on site and to respond to inspector's verbal or written corrections. Continued failure to not control project will result in further enforcement including his RP certification being revoked. JLR found working over a stop work order. Instructions were to complete correction notice and to call for re-inspection prior to commencing field work. Citation/s may be issued if stop work order is not adhered with.
