All measure that were asked to be installed have been installed.

Showed areas the the acting Super of the project (not the RP) of the areas where track walking need to occur and where they should consider placing in sediment barriers and energy disapators. Will follow-up on 11/8/2010 AM.

**FINAL NOTICE**
1. Clean up all concrete residual that is not in a containment.
2. Provide a stabilized construction exit onto the disturbed area where spoil piles are being placed.
3. Provide a concrete washout for all further concrete work or for all non storm water pollutant clean out.
4. Re-install the sediment barrier at the east end of the project area per industry standards.
Failure to comply will result in a STOP WORK ORDER. Will re-inspect on 11/8/10 AM.
