FIR09-00575 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in11/5/200911/6/200911/6/2009 3:17:47 PMPPASS
The restroom sprinkler piping can be covered. The insulation has been re-attached to the deck and one upright sprinkler head has been added in the restroom.
FIR09-00291 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in/Hydro11/5/200911/6/200911/6/2009 2:39:42 PMAPART
The hydro test for the anti-freeze system passed. Most of the deficiencies from the previous correct notice have been addressed. I deferred the contractor to Tim Frost on wether resubmittals will be again required due to these as-builts not matching what is actually installed. This includes main locations and pipe routing which could affect the hydraulic calculations. Also there are still painted/covered heads over the sales floor. The unsprinklered attic has been painted white with some sort of chemical but no information was provided for fire retardant verification. Not all of the wood had been painted either.

See the city approved plans for deficiencies marked in red. They include providing panic hardware on the two doors from the basement, repairing the basement exit sign/emergency light and providing modified occupant load signs.

FIR09-00575 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in11/5/200911/6/200911/6/2009 9:36:55 AMAPART
See the city approved plans for the hardlid areas where the sprinkler piping can be covered. Insulation needs to be re-attached to the roof deck in the restrooms and one upright sprinkler head needs to be added near the doorway in one restroom to continue coverage that has been blocked by a full height wall.
