Mount K class extinguisher to the wall as discussed, provide max occupant load sign, verify current annual inspection on the building fire sprinkler system, remove or disable the keyed locking hardware at the main entry/exit door threshold.

Testing is acceptable, however, strobe height is too low in four offices-this was manually adjusted by the contractor on site due to the large wall opening- devices must be secured and wall repaired prior to final approval to meet min. height requirements for the strobe lens.

Provide approved door hardware at the main entry/exit door as discussed, provide one fire extinguisher with current inspection tag mounted along a normal path of travel.
