chad - ###-####. framing ok. Noted that permit states that space has a mezzanine. Space actually has an entire 2nd. floor as shown on sheet S2 of approved plans. Owners did not want to install a 2nd. exit as required. A framed wall has been built on 2nd floor to make floor area comply with the one third square footage requirement for mezzanines. Noted that if remainder of floor area is used in the future, a permit will be required adn addtional stairway will be required.
