Resubmit plans showing the shed that has been built on the north side of the building. Repair the exit sign/emergency light at the main door. Remove the thumbturn lock at the main door (keyed on egress side is ok). Discuss hardware issues on the double doors to the new shed with the plan reviewer. Currently there is lever passage hardware down low and a thumbturn dead bolt up high on the active leaf. The inactive leaf has manual flush bolts.

I phoned the contact twice but there was no answer. I went to the job site and there was no approved plans or the contact person. I left a correction notice requiring approved plans and stating there is no occupancy until all required inspections have been passed.
