met with keto heating about the combustion air for the 199,900btu instant water heater, the house isnt large enough for all air from inside and the owner didn't want a large hole from outside to the inside. keto wasnt responsible for the combustion air so they wouldnt fire it. told the owner not to fire it if there wasnt combustion air, told plumber the same. he was going to check into a direct vent model.
