Any questions call Eric - this is a duplex. I was able to go inside of both units. It appears as though all the fixtures inside have been updated and replaced. As for mechanical It looks like new recirculating microwaves were installed above the ranges, a new dryer connector installed, and new grills installed through out the duplex's. That work does not require a permit. New A/C's were installed and need to be permited.
