Sent an email to planner Schafer regarding the dumpster enclosure and planter issues. Her response today was that she met with Mr. Goul and informed him that (a) he must use the existing dumpster enclosure by widening it and reducing the slope of the pavement into it; and (b) he must move the planters which are taking up two parking spaces. I am scheduling a new inspection for next month, as it is going to take him quite a while to make the necessary revisions.

Two dumpsters not enclosed per BLD07-00671 and Public Works memo of 3.5.07. Also, planters have been located in a pre-existing parking space and requires planner approval.

I issued Mr. Goul a Correction Notice dated 12/10/07 for failure to enclose the dumpsters and for installing two planters into assigned parking spaces
