Rough-in inspection for cover at the 9th floor failed due to an overspaced pendent, one overspaced SW head, need an additonal hanger at one location, noted close proximity between some pendent heads and electrical junction boxes at the ceiling which may create an obstruction depending upon the fixture installed- see spacing requirements per NFPA 13R 6.8.1.5.3.2, also need to maintain min. distances from heat sources per 6.7.7.1.5.3. Marked locations on as-built plans, need stamped resubmittals prior to final cover approvals.
