Need to provide sediment protection on stock pile prior to 12/12/08 PM. Will re-inspect on 12/15/08 AM

All pertaining issue were shown to the RP by Steve Webb and I.
Correction Notice:
1. Protect all storm drain inletsthrough out project area, also including the drians within the overflow basins. (Secondary exturnal protection is required.)
2. Install sediment barriers in between hard surface and disturbed areas. (north side of football field.)
3.Stabilize as much bare ground as possible with some type of seed, tachifier, mulch mixture.
4. Maint the construction entrance.Top dressing and widening or reduce the access width.
5.Maintain fuel storage area liner.
6. Recommend a energy dissapaiters at all outfalls located at both basins.
7.Clean all curb gutters of sediment and debris. Will re-inspect on 12/16/08 AM.

Verbal to RP:
1. Clean up all sediment and debris off of all hard surfaces.
2. Provide some type of sediment control of the north part of lot. (A refief trench will accepted.)
3. Provide a trash conainer of dump trailer for all solid waste generated from the project.
Will re-inspect on 12/15/08.
