Corrections complete:
-trash pickup on interior and on Shoup
- removed illicit stockpile dump on Shoup
- removed trailer with windblown trash source on Shoup
- all inlet protection on Pine Valley and Pine Nut have been maintained
-dirt clods and major trackout have been swept
Corrections remaining:
-sweep sidewalks on Shoup and trackout from stockpile that was removed.
-contine trash haul out and secure any containers to prevent windblown trash in these windy conditions.
RP Brian onsite working on cleanup. Discussed corrections. The response to the CN issued has been positve, but is a work in progress. Main issues have been addressed.

No site prep requested, though earlier communication between Andersen and ESC division was aware site needed BMP installation prior to grading.
Ground FX has installed perimeter fiber wattle, wire backed silt fence installed along canal. All DIs on Overland and Cloverdale adjacent to site have filter protection. Heavy duty rock construction entrance is installed off of Overland.
Site is being filled up to closer grade of the sidewalk which is why wattles have been installed along sidewalk.
Permits posted; reviewed site prep inspection policy with Ken Scaggs of Andersen. Since BMPs were installed properly, no warning or NOV at this time.

WIP. No trackout. Stormdrains protected. Canal is not currently flowing and parking lot curbing has been installed, so some sections of silt fence have been removed.

WIP. Parking lot has been paved, new storm drains have inlet protection installed. Some trackout to Beverly, but no MS4 system or conveyance from site. Trash is contained, no wind blown litter issues.

Need to clean up trackout and dirt in street and gutter. Driveway crew is onsite working still, just need to make sure cleaned this afternoon/before weekend.
Called RP-GC James. He stated he will be onsite to make sure crew cleans up at end of day. Manual broom sweeping and mud shoveling as necessary will suffice.

Construction of vehicle display berm and landscaping is complete. Site was recently hydroseeded with a tacifier/seed product. Dennis Dillon is now using the berm.
Will monitor revegetation and K2 needs to remove the temporary BMPs that have been consolidated in the drainage swale.
No violations observed.
