I also noted that several upright heads near the front of the building appear to be painted and other heads at the center of the building still have tin foil on them. Provide accurate as-builts, provide breaker locks, provide map at the facp, provide shutdown/reduction of music/arcade machines as per NFPA 72 18.4.1.5, 18.4.3.5, relocate smoke detector to the deck at the facp. Signals verified for flow and tamper switches, hvac reporting and shutdown and kitchen hood suppression systems. Spacing verified for audio/visual devices. EOL verified as ok.

When testing the first hood I found that the lights under the hood did not shut off. Gas and power to the equipment did shut off. Contractor agreed to provide shutoff for lights and then reschedule.

Doug will need an Occupancy Permit for people to move in, sprinkler modifications, fire alarm modifications and passage hardware at the island restroom doors as per the approved plans.

Permit finaled. Test was performed by "shorting" the wires at the pressure switch. The appliance has a UL label and a built in fire suppression system. Per installer the entire suppression system would need to be replaced if a functional test was required.
