Each sprinkler system actually has three existing valves that need monitored. The sprinkler contractor failed to install the floor control valves which is two additional tampers. The project related fire sprinkler and fire alarm need to be finaled first. I let paul know that self closing doors are required. This was verified with Tim in plan review. A knox key box is being worked out as well.

The second floor hydro test passed. The second floor sprinkler piping is ok to cover. I spent an extended amount of time pointing out fire proofing that had not been repaired. There were also loose hanger rings. I stated again that resubmittals would be required.
