300.15- All wiring shall terminate in a box. Open wiring out of flex, MC in soffit area. All covers shall be accessible after installation.
314.25- All boxes shall have covers installed. Several boxes with wiring hanging out in soffit area.
330.12- MC shall not be installed where subject to damage. MC hanging below soffit and below soffit framing member.
