Vent tube at duct detector 1st floor is incorrect, smoke detector at the electrical room 2nd floor is too close to the wall, 2nd and 3rd floor strobe in the common corridor is too low, pull station at the north roof is not functional, horn in the mech. penthouse is not operational, need to update map reflecting actual location of the floor control valves for the sprinkler system, not a complete inspection at this time, need to repair defficiencies and call for reinspect.

The lens on wall mounted strobes at each device in the TI area are mounted too low, not meeting min. code requirements.

Underground fire supply line finaled.

Discussion regarding project associated fire alarm and sprinkler permit requirements and general life safety items as referenced on plan review notes.

Fire life safety passed inspection, c/n items have been completed as required.

Need to mount the provided fire extinguishers on the wall along a normal path of travel with the handle no higher than 48" AFF, provide signage above the office main entry/exit door.
