All exterior doors in the warehouse have thumb turn deadbolts, need to be single action door hardware. Exit signs in building are not self-illuminated exit signs with emergency power source, exit signs need to be changed to self-illuminated with emergency power source.

No fire sprinkler modifications, no fire alarms, previously noted items repaired, ADA compliant hardware installed on one of the pocket doors, hardware for the other two pockets doors on back order, will be installed when received, exit signs repaired and in working order, paddle type door handle installed on restroom door, fire extinguisher mounted and tagged. Life fire safety inspection passed/complete.

Previously noted items addressed, exit signs installed at the east and west exterior exit doors, panic door hardware installed on east side exit, thumb turn deadblot on west door changed to a double key type, door to remain unlocked sticker installed on doors exiting the designated tenant space. The remaining doors in the tenant space are round knob type, not paddle type, I did inform the tenant that this could be an issue for the final building inspection. Life fire safety inspection passed/complete.
