Follow up inspection to check on conditions at site and corrections from last week's meeting.
Corrections completed:
1. Damaged silt fence sections have been repaired and dirt in alley way from the breach swept up.
2. Drop inlet bags were checked and maintained
3. Trackout from loading vehicles has been swept up and it appears that daily sweeping is occuring (noticed dirt from Tuesday was cleaned up on Wednesday)
Need to continue implementing administrative changes to prevent trackout and do the best to keep workers and vehicles off muddy areas within the site. Need to move employee parking to laydown yard to improve trackout situation at Council Springs.
Site in much better condition now and corrective actions have been made. Daily housekeeping and vigilance must continue due to the large complex operation.
Will continue to monitor improvement.

No subdivision development related activity occuring at East Valley. Sewer pump station is installed, landscaping along Warm Springs is complete. Perimeter fiber wattles installed to contain sediment runoff from open central areas.

Silt fence sections have been repaired and the large stockpile has been graded over and spread out on the hillside below the two nearly complete homes.
No breaches or sediment runoff overwhelming silt fence or vegetated buffer at bottom of slope.
Corrections:
-Continue sweeping sidewalk for daily housekeeping.
- Monitor rills created by rooftop stormwater drainge. Smooth and fill in with sediment/small check dams.

Clean up at Pinetree Village is still in progress, with crew onsite continuing to sweep sidewalks and clean up after landscapers.
All trash, debris, and trackout on Shoup has been removed.
All drop inlet bags have been changed.
Vehicles and equipment in staging area has been reorganized to prevent trackout, and lift is no longer sitting in the mud.
Still need to remove some full containers of trash and continue to sweep roads periodically.
