No city approved plans or notes were on site. I walked all of the floors and verified that the notification was working. I noted that on the second floor an intermittent sound (tech Brian Anderson knows the fix). I also noted an overspaced strobe in a corridor, strobes in restrooms with tub/showers without weather proof back boxes, and strobe in Room 124 was not functioning at all. There is a wall mount horn/strobe on the first floor that is mounted at 10' or 12" feet above finish floor. I did not test any initiating devices due to no approved plans.
