Existing fire sprinkler heads at the bar area do not meet min. code requirements with regard to spacing, temp. ratings are mixed, escutcheons are missing, one head is painted, also missing max. occupant load sign per review notes, existing fire alarm notification devices have been painted black and some lenses are obscured. A fire permit will be required for modifications or alterations made to existing sprinkler or alarm systems.
