Still waiting for Dixie to ok the engineering report and the two deads bolts to be removed from the inactive leaf of the main exit door. I spoke to Jessie via phone and she stated that they should be done by next thursday.

The wrong project information has been provided to the customer and they will need to get revised information from Carl Madsen. This information is needed to perform a full inspection. I performed a quick inspection and found that the there were two existing fire extinguishers. One is useable as far as size but the inspection tag is expired. The address numbers are not viewable from the street. Provide the usual sticker over the main exit. Also the plans show a door in the back of the store on the east side. This door is currently locked with multiple locks.
