Work started prior to calling in site prep. Talked to RP Braxton and there was miscommunication - first offense. Permit is posted and construction entrance installed for rear access. Basement is being dug and is deeper due to soil issues. Hard Rock Excavation is hauling away dirt and rocks offsite. Due to heavy loads and truck traffice there is significant track out. The whole of Playwright Street from entrance to east end of Riverheights #5 is to be swept at end of week after dirt/rock hauling process is complete. If no street sweeping is performed SWO will be issued.
