No BMP's of any kind installed. Contacted Jim Child (Applicant) 8019365557. He stated that Jeff Herrick 8016271403 is in charge. Left Jeff a VM describing the violations and to contact me back asap

stockpile on res. lot, no permit
Called Greg Hartley (RP) 9416788 left voice mail. Placed a Stop Work Order on this lot due to no Permit. Illegal Stockpiling and Concrete Washout (Currently taking place). Talked with Clements (Concrete Sub) and disclosed that No more Washout to take place on this site until RP obtains valid permit w/ the City and also meets the BCC 8-17 Requirements. (Clements stated they understand and will washout back in Clements Yard). Also placed a correction notice on the permitted lot: 873 N. River Path Lane: ESC13-01172 to call in for site prep inspection and install BMP's. (Same Contractor)

Contacted RP to disclose that a perimeter BMP needs installed along the front of the site to keep sediment/debris onsite. He stated he will this afternoon and will also call PDS to schedual another site prep inspection for tomorrow morning.
