Noted that angie had stated that they would repair all items except for the sprinkler heads. Angie also stated that they have had no response from landlord on trying to get the heads repaired. Also noted that occupants lease is going to expire and occupants were not certain if they were going to renew. Angie with Check into cash is going to call me back in the PM to let me know more info on their status. Will proceed accordingly after PM discussion.
