CORRECTION NOTICE:
1. Per conditions of permit a misting system is required to elevate moisture content with soil and debris pile and also when demolition is occuring.
2. Clean up all hard surface of all loose sediment.
Failure to comply with notice will result in a STOP WORK ORDER.
Will re-inspect on 12/4/09AM.
