I stopped at the project and spoke to Tammy about the need to get the building permit and the project related fire sprinkler permit finaled. I left a correction notice stating the above and also let her know that possibly an extension could be granted by Jennifer but that ultimately if the inspections were not finished I would be forwarding the permit information to a supervisor as per the aging permit policy. A follow up inspection has been set up for next week.

Items discussed were mounting heights for the fire extinguishers and if exit discharge lighting was required. I told mike no higher than 5' and no lower than 4" for the fire extinguishers and per Tim Woodard the exit discharge lighting is not required.

Repair both exit signs at the front and rear exits, repair the centrally located emergency light. Also two pendant heads are over spaced off of the restroom walls. This sprinkler work will require a separate permit. A correction notice and a marked up plan was left on site with the owner. I also left a message on Bob's voice mail.
