This permit and the building permit information have been forwarded to Scott and Jennifer after the owner contacted Jennifer for an extension of a temporary occupancy.

I stopped at the project and spoke to Tammy about the need to get the building permit and the project related fire sprinkler permit finaled. I left a correction notice stating the above and also let her know that possibly an extension could be granted by Jennifer but that ultimately if the inspections were not finished I would be forwarding the permit information to a supervisor as per the aging permit policy. A follow up inspection has been set up for next week.

Life safety passed

The sprinkler work in the new tenant area at the south end of the building is complete.

Repair both exit signs at the front and rear exits, repair the centrally located emergency light. Also two pendant heads are over spaced off of the restroom walls. This sprinkler work will require a separate permit. A correction notice and a marked up plan was left on site with the owner. I also left a message on Bob's voice mail.
