No major issues but two corrections:

1. Repair maintain sections of silt fence
2. Sweep sidewalks and street after mud is removed.

BMPs installed at Aberdeen including silt fence perimeters and DI bags; no trackout extending beyond site limits, though some minor trackout within the parking lot due to the wet weather and mud. Contractors parking on hard surfaces. No specific corrections at this time, just advised RP to continue housekeeping and trackout control as conditions improve.

Carport for 6772 W. Irving in Aberdeen is complete and in use. No outstanding ESC corrections or issues. Permit finaled.

Project still in progress on the interior. Parking lot was dirty from the trench work but has since been cleaned. No ESC corrections required.

East Valley sub drainage design and sediment control BMPs were effective in preventing sediment runoff from open areas and SFH sites during the last 2 two days of precipitation.

DIs have coir mat protection. Some minor trackout on roads, but contractors are staying off dirt and parking on street. Lined concrete washout in good condition. No discharges or other ESC issues observed at time of inspection. Still working on the sewer lift station on the south west corner.

Ranch Market has interior work and landscaping remaining. Pavement, curbing, stormwater system, and fuel tanks are all installed. No trackout or sediment runoff from site. Approved.

Lusk Place site is continuing to dewater in preparation for install underground culvert and manholes. Water is being discharged into the existing fabric lined pit, filters through a turbidity barrier, some wattles, and a series of settling pools created by straw bales. Water at discharge point is visibly clear and to dissipate flow at discharge pool a straw bale guides the water down and is not churning up sediment as it was last week.

Turbidity monitoring is ongoing. I requested that McAlvain provide pump rates/volume of discharge, scheduled duration, and verification of approval from DD3.

No corrections at this time.

No ESC issues or activity at time of inspection. Subdivsion development is mostly complete and appears to be on winter shutdown. No individual homes yet.
