The drainage channel is directing too much water to one section of hillside causing significant rill erosion that could worsen with time and more runoff. Loose sediment is currently being trapped by the silt fence installed and the vegetative buffer that was preserved at bottom of Barrow sub.

Correction:
- grade out rills, fix/re-route drainage channel
- do maintenance on several sections of silt fence.

East Valley sub drainage design and sediment control BMPs were effective in preventing sediment runoff from open areas and SFH sites during the last 2 two days of precipitation.

DIs have coir mat protection. Some minor trackout on roads, but contractors are staying off dirt and parking on street. Lined concrete washout in good condition. No discharges or other ESC issues observed at time of inspection. Still working on the sewer lift station on the south west corner.

Lucky Harris 13 streets, curbs and sidewalks have been installed. Stockpile and disturbed earth at south end of site has sediment perimeter BMPs installed. The new drop inlets within the subdivision have filter bag protection.

Some survey and electrical utility crews on site, but no major activity. No corrections at this time, site looks good considering the recent precipitation. Approved.

Lusk Place site is continuing to dewater in preparation for install underground culvert and manholes. Water is being discharged into the existing fabric lined pit, filters through a turbidity barrier, some wattles, and a series of settling pools created by straw bales. Water at discharge point is visibly clear and to dissipate flow at discharge pool a straw bale guides the water down and is not churning up sediment as it was last week.

Turbidity monitoring is ongoing. I requested that McAlvain provide pump rates/volume of discharge, scheduled duration, and verification of approval from DD3.

No corrections at this time.
