Discussed with owner who added light fixtures to space that flexible cord shall not be used for permenant wiring or installed above ceiling grid as per NEC 400.8.
Also discussed open spices. All cords and cables shall terminate in a box as per NEC 300.15
As I documented findings owner removed all cords that were in violation.
